Rules & Regulations

1. Keep the noise down and do not have a brawl.
2. No stealing.
3. No alcohol, No drugs, No smoking, No gambling etc.
4. Do not permit take anyone (who do not live in the dorm) to stay overnight. If violating, you will be given up right of living in the dorm and are not returned the damage collateral fee.
5. Do not permit take anyone (who do not live in the dorm) enter the dorm.
6. Keep the room & the shared facilities clean and do not put anything in front of the room.
7. Do not posses dangerous material such as bomb, gas, fuel etc.
8. Do not destroy or alter assets of the dorm. In case of driving a nail ,perforating or gluing a picture, you will be fined 300 baht/1 point. And if assets of the dorm are destroyed, you will be fined for the price of the asset.
9. Do not throw belongings out of your room.
10. Do not use electrical appliances such as hot plates, cooking pots in the room into the dorm.
11. Do not cook or bring dishes and glasses from the cafeteria into the room.
12. Do not hang clothes or put anything on the balcony rail.
13. Pets are not allowed.
14. For safety purposes, enter into the dorm before 12.00 pm for everyone.
15. Obey an order of the dorm’s advisor and officer and do not violate the rules and regulations of University.
16. Do not violate the other rules and regulations of the dorm.

* Residents who need to return to the residence hall later than the closing hour or leave the residence hall earlier than the opening hour may get permission from residence hall office along with notify the reason 1 day in advance.
