As the Residence Hall is situated in the University, students can easily walk or ride their bicycles to study at their faculty/department, or go by shuttle buses to Bangmod and Bangkhuntien Campus which are provided on a schedule.

Security of Life and Property
The Residence Hall has security guards for 24 hours with CCTV on every floor and a key card door system for access, including a strict opening and closing schedule.

Reasonable Rental Rate
Rental rates of the Residence Hall are reasonable for the quality of residents’ lives considering atmosphere, environment, facilities, welfare and activities to develop residents’ capability which are provided in the Residence Hall.

Friendly Atmosphere
Most residents in the Residence Hall are students studying in the same faculty/department in each year and living together with friendly relations.  This consequently encourages them to learn and adapt themselves to living with others, have responsibility and good manner, and participate in various activities organized by the Residence Hall throughout the year.

Freshness inside and outside the Residence Hall
There are colorful flowering plants in the halls along the corridors both inside and outside the buildings and lawns in front so that the environment of the inside and outside of the dormitories shall have a cozy atmosphere.

Cleanliness and Tidiness
Maids are provided in each dormitory to keep common areas clean at all times both in the buildings and the outside to ensure cleanliness and tidiness for students’ habitation.
